HISTORY
Nick Aloise, president and owner of Trans-Atlantic development is a licensed general contractor and also licensed in HVAC.  Nick has been working in construction since age 12 when he started renovating multi-family homes with his father in and around the Boston area.  Since a young boy, Nick always had an interest in construction and dreamed of one day owning and operating his own company.   As he grew older, his appreciation for the trades and construction also began to grow.  After attending school in Chicago, Nick returned to his roots in the Boston area and began working for a construction company based out of New England.  He always held onto the vision he had as a young boy and finally in 2003, Nick decided to leave his place of employment and follow his dreams.  He dedicated himself fully to real estate development and construction and Trans-Atlantic Development was incorporated.

Reliability
Trans-Atlantic development will make every attempt to deliver a quality product in a reasonable time frame.  A three year warranty is extended on all work completed.  This warranty also  applies to sub-contractors that are used throughout the duration of the project as long as they were chosen or approved by Trans-Atlantic management. 

Customer Service
Our company believes in the philosophy that the client is always right.  The client will be an active member of the team and be involved in the decision making process.  The customer will be present at completion of a project and verify that all work is done to their satisfaction.  The project is not complete until you, the customer, are satisfied!!
